I just did a web search and Amazon.com info shows 2 books available, both used.
But.... the price is $449.50. I cannot believe it!
If true, certainly there would be motivation to re-issue the book.
In any event, if you are in or near Denver, you may come by my place and peruse the copy I have.
This book would do well to re-issue in CD format if not hard copy. I think I will attempt to contact David Ledet and see if he is ammenable to that.
