Thanks for all of your advice and input. I think it'll take a while to come to the point of putting this breathing method to use properly.

This subject matter is so abstract, and not easily grasped to put into practical use. I guess the answer is to practice until it feels and sounds
good. I've been trying to fit the technique into a simple pattern, and I
don't think it can happen. I'll just keep working at it.
