First of all, there is no best oboe for everybody in the world.
I played Loree, Covey, Buffet 3613 before.
I order a Royale 125 series for collection. In fact, I still like my Buffet 3613, then I tried Marigaux 901/2001, I found something I like when I played Poulenc and Saint Saen Sonatas, but it's too much different from those I had and the left hand F seems too far for my small hands.
Many French soloist use Rigoutat. Many German players play Buffet/Ludwig Frank/Josef.
Some people started to use Fossati.
Since nobody has money and time to try all and buy all, so most people buy oboe for need(orchestral playing) for fun, and it depends on taste and budget.
Yamaha 841, I think it would not last long, that's many people buy it and use a while then they sell it.
