... a-flat / b-flat trill option covered, unless your oboe is fitted with the a-flat/b-flat trill (abbrev to a/b trill), another key curled over right a-flat, if you have it use it, otherwise use basic trill as mentioned
... top C is a horrible note isn't it, some things supposed to help
... the reed's really important for this note, so make sure neutral embouchure reed out of oboe holds a mellow centred C not a sharp C, also if reed bit playing flat, will be tempted to over-compensate
make sure reed's back is thin enough to give a 'deep' crow when blown at the binding
play at the tip of reed with a very slightly softened lower lip and a faintest hint of pucker, will sound honky until get embouchure just right
if reed is playing flat, only has a slight crow, and long enough, clip the tip 0.5-1 mm
last resort, cover E hole to 'damp down' an over-bright top C
