Vboboe's idea of doing a Google search is a good one. I did, just used didfferent search terms.
I used "music concert band tocatta oboe solo" as my search parameter. Here's one good thing I came up with:

If you want to find more, just do the search I did -- there were 38,900 hits. If you are a teacher, or someone who is looking for what's in print for certain instrument combinations, or by certain composers, check this out!
