... very quick search on google with keywords 'music concert band tocatta' turned up wilkipedia entry on concert band (very interesting reading by the way) with lengthy repertoire list of popular items for concert band, including Tocatta (only 1 c) by Girolama Trescobaldi, wouldn't it be wow!!! if this is the very same one you're looking for ???
... must be 1 minute's down-loadable listening sample somewhere if you search for it by name
me, on t'other hand, immediately thought of Tocatta & Fugue in D min, Bach -- I've heard there's a really jazzy arrangement of it, like they jazzed up Mozart, etc. but would have to go searching to get more info, over to you ...
