Correct..I just had never seen one with such a small bell.
Anyway, the oboe plays and has a nice sound for the notes I can get with some raw pads. Trying to determine if it is worth the money to get new pads, etc. or if I should just accept it as a lost cause. I paid 250 for it...I do want to resell it (I hope) at some point to put towards a more advanced oboe for when I get my chops back...
