Conservatoire system fingerings will apply to dual system oboes as dual system oboes are primarily conservatoire system with an added thumbplate so both fingerings can be used.
The only way is to play it in the usual manner as B natural and trill with the C# (LH3) trill key - if it's too flat, then have the trill toneholes checked to be sure they aren't blocked.
If it's still flat, then the C# trill tonehole will have to be enlarged to bring it up to pitch while B natural is being played. The tone quality of the trill notes isn't great at best - especially the B-C# trill as the tonehole diameter is small.
The C-D trill on the other hand is usually very bright.
