Thanks Dutchy. Found there is a copy in the UIUC library (the 1968 version), so I will definitely look at it!

The common college ones that seem to come up on lists (thanks to Susan's suggestion), most of which are also in the library here, are Keyboard Musicianship - Piano for Adults by Lyke, Elliston, et al; Keyboard Strategies for the Older Beginner by Stecher, Horowitz; and Piano for the Developing Musician by Hilley and Freeman. Anyone have any experience with any of these?
