My daughter is your age. She plays oboe and saxophone as her primary instruments. She also plays clarinet, well enough to get hired to perform in pit orchestras for community theater groups.

If you like the oboe, play both for now. You can play both clarinet and oboe as primary instruments. At conservatory you can either decide to drop one of them, or keep them both up. It will take you a while to get as good on the oboe, but as others have said there are more opportunities. I can tell you that 95% of the jobs my daughter gets are because of her oboe playing.

However, I don't think 1.5 hours of practice a day is enough to get you where you want to go, even if you were just doing that on clarinet. Clarinet players generally practice for several hours a day. Oboe players practice less, but they spend equal time often making reeds.

You should take lessons on both instruments.
