I use a Joshua +2 and have been happy. I feel like my upper register is sharp, but as you may know I'm a new oboe reed maker, and it's probably just me. I'm by no means normal (in my approach, although that statement could extend to other parts of my life).

Anyhow, here's another post on the subject I found enlightening, and was a reason I switched to the Joshua +2 from the Mack-Pfeiffer.

I am thinking of switching to the Sansom shape, or even a Pisoni 1 to flare my reeds more. I've been sanding my reeds into a flare lately, and it seems to suit my scraping style.
