Marigaux 901 Oboe - less than one year old - incipient crack in trill keys.

Bore was not oiled. (I do oil now and I had done so in the past).

Cracked repaired - not further problems - inserts in tone whole and pinned.

Cracked repaired by Kristin Bertrand - excellent workmanship.

Oboe plays beautifully - ............... alls well.

Loree Oboe - regular Bore Oiled - 5 years old crack above F# Key - filled in with crazy glue. No further problems.

Fossati Tiery - Less than a year - oiled - lost in shipment to repair person in very cold weather for a few days ............... after return Oboe top joint cracked to its core - a new joint had to be made by Fossati - just over warranty - reduced cost for new top joint.
