Thanks for the info Chris P.
I've emailed Howarths, and am waiting their reply.
In regards to the LH F and 3rd octave, the lady I purchased it from said she bought it/ her parents bought it for her when she was still at high school, and that she used it through college. I doubt if a student would have gone all out and bought all the optional extras, but I don't know. I did mention it, though I doubt that there will be an exact record of what was purchased down to the last detail.
