Yes Susan. I tried a Fox 510 that was a newer instrument. It was very good also. In fact I really had a hard time choosing! They were both excellent in different ways. Finally I just had to rely on the trusted opinions of my terrific teacher and a friend who is a really good amateur player. Once I started looking at my style and the way I play rather than just looking at the instruments I decided the Loree was a better fit for me.
