Author: KevinB  Date:   2010-12-03 15:22 I think that's one of those questions that has no proper answer I've been playing a similar length of time to you and have found that playing 1/2 to 1 hour a day a reed will last anywhere from a week to 2 months. (this is on bought reeds by the way, not having dabbled at making my own yet.)
