Hi,

She should try physical therapy - one that specials in hands.

Physical therapists can diagnose the muscle groups involved - and then recommend proper exercises to build up all the supporting muscle groups.

Once she has built up her strength - in all supporting muscle groups - she might not have the pain - and will have more strength and flexibility.

I had problems with my elbow and arm muscles after playing - physical therapy solved the problem.

She'll need to get a referral from her doctor.
