Aspen Music Festival - you can sign up for a 4-5 week session or the whole thing (10 weeks?) Perfect for what you describe. When I went there were 4 oboe teachers (all amazing - then it was the fabulous John deLancie, Katherine Greenbank, Randall Wolfgang (Orpheus, NYC Ballet/Opera) and Marion Gibson (Louisville) - don't know who they have now. You get assigned to one for private lessons, but each week they rotate having masterclasses. You can also pay for lessons with other teachers if they have time. Students get assigned to ensembles each week (and it changes so you experience different things) You can also form your own chamber groups with the many other musicians in the area - and of course practice practice practice. It was one of the greatest playing experiences of my life!
There are lots of other summer festivals (just google summer music festival) but this is the only one I have experience with that is more than one week.
