Canadian oboist speaking, here!
Domaine Forget in St-Irénée, Québec (Canada) offers 2 week of masterclasses in june/july. They usually have great oboe techers (Hansjörg Schellenberger, Elaine Douvas, and I think Maurice Bourgues was there one summer). The site is also breathtaking!
Louise Pellerin (Switzeland) and Theodore Baskin (Montreal Symphony orchestra) also give masterclasses at the Orford Arts Centre in Mont-Orford, Quebec. I spent wonderful summers there and learned A LOT!
