The standard high D#/Eb fingering is oxxG#|oxoC without any 8ve keys. Experiment by either fully opening LH finger 1 or rolling down to uncover the aperture in the fingerplate.
High E and F are made with the back 8ve (8ve1) and you can hold both the 1st and 3rd 8ve keys open together (but only nudge the 3rd 8ve gently rather than pressing it as you can bend the touchpiece) - the usual fingerings are:
E - 8ve1(+3rd) oxxG#|oxxEb
F - 8ve1(+3rd) oxoG#|oxxEb
There is a 'short E' fingering which is 8ve1(+3rd) oxo|ooo
The 3rd 8ve key barely opens, so adjust the opening with the adjusting screw to get it right.
