The problem with wider intervals such as B-E or A-D is that the top joint Bb and C pads will start to open as soon as RH1 is touched, only to be closed immediately with LH2 or 3, so some small blips are unavoidable as it's down to the mechanism.
There should be some double action between the link from RH1 to the bar on the top joint which will at least help reduce the blips, and double action is needed here to be sure the top joint Bb and C pads are fully closed until you close RH1.
Also the F vent will begin to open when RH2 and 3 are closed together, though will be closed by RH2 - take a close look at the lower joint and slowly close both RH2 and 3 together to see this happen. But this has hardly any effect on playing at all.
