Update on my previous e-mail,
Strangley enough, when I responded to an ad on Ebay, for this item from a different seller with the item no that I quoted in my earlier e-mail, I received this response:-
>Hello,
>Please excuse for my late answer but I had some problems with my >internet service provider.
>I've just read your email and I think that we can start the deal only if you >understand that I'm a serious seller and for this reason I put this bidding >restriction, to be sure that the winner will be 100% agreed with all my >payment and shipping details.
>The oboe is in perfect working condition and it will come to you in original >case. It wasn't ever cracked or damaged in any way. Shipping and >insurance included.
>Right now I'm in Milano, Italy where I work for a multimedia project. I sell >it cause I need money to buy a computer for my work.
>If you are interested please tell me and we can start the deal.
>Regards,
>Lisa Battaglia
I hope this helps anyone who reads this thread to know what to watch out for. The most worrying aspect is that they already have a good level of positive feedback, so I am not sure if their Ebay ID has been hijacked.
Regards
Karen
