I'm not sure where you are from or if you have any music stores in your area, but I'd suggest just going to a music store and renting an instrument for a month. If you are stateside, summertime is coming up, and most kids return their instruments for the summer, so there should be some instruments that a music store would have to rent out. Probably about $50/month, which would be cheaper than dropping even $200 on a Bundy on Ebay if you were to only play it for four weeks.
