Syeve, it's funny you bring up the HS*, because I just switched back to it - I doing a lot better hitting the high notes. I'm in Ann Arbor, it's an 'open band', that's how I passed the audition! The Patricola has a beautiful tone, I kept that in mind when a salesman tried to tell me that C clarinets were squawky like toys!

Ralph, how long did it take you to learn those tunes?
