What bell is this? YT Orch. 2011

I have just been made aware of the You-Tube Orchestra and auditions for various instruments.

The winner for the Oboe spot --- though auditions are still ongoing.... go figure! --- gave an interview and his audition vid. shows a very interesting bell on what seems to be a very standard instrument.
