 Sharpening stone
Author: HautboisJJ

Greetings Bboarders! Can someone recommend me a sharpening stone which is reliable for a single beveled knife (Graf Oerlikon) that i have right now? I have seen one some time ago a type of stone which is more like thin small piece of heavy metal with polka dot looking patterns on it and it worked very well. Any idea what that could be? Thanks!

Regards,
Howard
