It's called the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (http://www.mpyo.com.my/), under the tutorage of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, but i have never heard of such an event in planning. When is it going to held this Bonyi International Youth Music Festival? According to my knowledge we are the only national youth orchestra around.
