I would like to know...how do they do it?
When I see people in the orchestras, often, I see that no one is flipping the sheet music on the music stands, even after many, many, many minutes of playing; how do they do that? Obviously, it is condensed, but how do they do it?
I am so curious! I have even seen some performances where a single page was never turned by anyone in the ensemble! It was the entire "long" performance on a couple of sheets a paper!! At least, it seems; curious minds want to know! They are looking at the sheets too! It is not by memory.
Thanks!
