High C# and up on patricola

Hi

I have a patricola S5 oboe that I picked up about 3 months ago and I love it, But I am have trouble with the fingering on note High C # and up.

The C # I using 0XX|XOO & low C Key its works ok.
But the D is 0XX|OOO & low C gets its just abit sharp if I try the Half hole Left index to note falls back down to the G.

The little hole in the key is small but not block at all and I play the Min D OK with out any problems at all.

I have noticed that their are a few patricola plays on the forum and I would like to know how they are doing it.

Both my Oboe and reeds are working very well to the point every Oboe lesson I have the my teacher is does not want to give it back to me. (hey what do you expect he only plays a loree)
