Seriously though, this is such a minor fix that I don't think you even need to take it to an oboe specialist. Just take it to any band/instrument store. If you want to do it yourself, go to the band/orch store and ask for a small piece of "bumper cork". From True Value hardware go buy a thing of contact cement and "Whalla"! Assuming you know how to use contact cement, apply a little bit with the end of a pencil or something, then let it dry for 5-10 minutes, and cut a small square of the bumper cork and apply to the semi-dried contact cement.
