Yup, or something like this you could just cut a couple small squares of electrical or masking tape and stack them on top of each other until they're the correct thickness. There's the left hand low Bflat key and the left hand low Bnatural key. When you close the Bnatural key, you'll see the last hole on the middle joint close. When you press the bflat key, you'll see the low bflat and the low bnatural key close together. You want to put enough tape on to make them close simultaneously. Too much tape will close the bflat key before the bnatural key, too little tape will close the bnatural but leave the bflat key slightly open. Play around and find the right number of layers of tape.
You're lucky, that's probably one of the easiest repairs to fix on the entire oboe.
