Anyway, i've read that you were playing sharp at most times on notes under high G right? This might not be a reed problem at all. Check your embouchure for signs of fatique over short periods of playing. Are you pinching or using teeth pressure? Maintain or better said IMAGINE a circular shape in the area of the lips which touches the reed. Lower lip is the fundamental so try adjusting the lip in several angles and ways. You might be surprised from the results. And also, an instrument which is good is literally, good but sounds different from a different player. Assume the same reed and the same instrument. 2 players try them. It is not possible that they play exactly the same in terms of tone. Hope this helps.
