I just did a quick check at Trevco (http://www.trevcomusic.com) and didn't find anything for the instrumentation that you list. There is one piece listed for the combination of fl/ob/cl/bcl.
The problem with the instrumentation you are looking for is that it is very skewed toward the trebles. Most ensemble music will be written for, say, two flutes, or a flute and an oboe, plus a clarinet and a bassoon/bcl. And even then, this will keep the clarinet largely playing only in its lower (chalumeau) register -- something most capable clarinetists would get restless about doing when asked to do it all the time.
There is an abundance of literature for the combination of ob/cl/bsn or fl/cl/bsn, the bassoon part of which can more or less easily be transposed for the bcl.
Unless your group wants to double some of the parts (both flutes or both clarinets, for example, playing one part each), I think you all might find it more satisfying to create two ensembles out of this. Maybe fl/ob/cl for one, and fl/cl/bcl for the other. The bcl is still going to have to use transposed bassoon parts to enable you to use much of the existing literature, but it certainly can be done.
Good luck! I'm trying to get an ensemble going, too. Right now, we are ob/cl/bsn -- desperately seeking a french hornist and a flutist to become a proper quintet.
