G F Telemann was an excellent composer of music for Recorder. It is said that if you can play every piece that Telemann wrote for Recorder , you've mastered the Recorder. He also , as most of us are aware, composed an excellent piece for Soprano Oboe in A ( Oboe d'amore) and probably other pieces as well but I've listened to only one. The two original Flute parts in this U-tube recording could possibly be two Alto Recorder parts.
