Correct me if i am mistaken did Dittersdorf write 3 oboe concertos?
Few days ago i bought a Breitkopf & Hartel edition (Nr.5963) of the Concerto in G major. And to accompany this i got myself a copy of Heinz Holliger playing 3 concertos of similar fashion on the Galleria 'Arkiv Produktion' Label, which includes the supposively Dittersdorf Concerto in G. But when i studied the recording together with the score, i was baffled when i found out that they were completely different concertos. Or did Holliger make a completely crazy variation on it till an extend that i cannot identify it at all? Can someone help me on this? THANKS!
