Oboe bells by themselves can run up a few hundred dollars.
I know RDG carries some, but they're kinda pricey for a cheap replacement www.rdgwoodwins.com.
Perhaps you can check with a few woodwind shops to see if they have any spare bells they would be willing to sell. Sometimes there are oboes selling as junk on ebay for cheap too that may have suitable bells.
