Maybe you can try some common brands like Loree and see whether their bell fits and more importantly doesn't change the sound quality of the oboe.

Bells from the same brand and model may not necessary fit each other seamlessly. I had the chance to try a cocobolo bell on my grenadilla oboe. It does make a difference on the sound but it wasn't quite a perfect fit on the key levers.
