Give the swab a wash in some disinfecting solution and wipe you keywork over..if you want to belt and buckle it dip your reeds in low volume hydrogen peroxide to kill off any biology projects..rinse thoroughly.
I don't think you need worry unduly viruses are fairly fragile and you will have built up an immunity to it now..
As my nanny would say, (a very matter of fact woman) "a few germs won't do you much harm so don't over egg the custard dear" and her advice stood me, my brother and many other children in good stead.
