I have used reeds from American Oboe, and they are quite good.

I order their "premium" reed ($24). I've ordered six in total, and every single one of them has been fantastic. Dead-on pitch, terrific dark color, excellent response, medium resistance. I don't even have to check my tuner any more when giving the A.
They are also, hands down, the fastest shipping reed source I have ever found.
I am indebted to the young oboe ladies in the Duke Youth Symphony for putting me onto this source of outstanding reeds.
