Yes I did. I contacted Dr. Robert Howe who was able to give me a lot of helpful info! Here is a very short summary of what he theorized:
The oboe is most likely a "stencil" of Loree from around late 1940s or early 1950s. Fernand Gillet would have been teaching around this time, and may have done a small trade with Loree oboes. He would buy a few oboes while visiting France, and sell them out of his home.
