The Keywork does look similar to Loree, but I would hesitate to identify it as "definitely Loree" based only on the photos. There are other makers at this time with similar looking keywork.
Loree did go through a period of changes after the war: they experimented with clarinet making, for example, and it is possible that they may have made a few "stencil" instruments.
Regardless, this oboe is certainly not 1880's vintage, so it is possible that the maker left it blank and the serial number was added by Gillet.
