Good ?...check the alignment before the cross-over... and add to that keep checking for the quality issues all along the way. And be willing to go back and fix any things that do not pass your standards.
Wrap slowly for a while. It'll get faster in time, but go slowly for now (next 5 - 6 years and I do not exaggerate that point). It will teach you a lot. Pay close attention to all that is happening. It'll be far more instructional than you'd think.
A little off topic... but the smallest adjustments can have major effects. I mean about scraping and clipping... and that is also true about shaping and tying.
And with gouging, too, for sure. Little things mean a lot with oboe reeds.
They are little things after all.
