When I have inconsistent intonation it almost always is due to an unstable reed or a reed with a crow that is not right. The three oboes I use are a 1984 Loree, a 2005 AK Loree and a late 90s Laubin. The oboes have to be in good working condition, of course. Good Luck on this!
