You could have an existing crook bent to any degree you want by filling it with low melting point alloy (which is liquid at boiling water temperature) and bending it on a form once cooled to room temperature - but best to leave this to someone who makes crooks or is experienced as they can split at the seam.
This will raise the whole instrument up so reducing the stretch on your right arm. You could have the crook bent into an S bend similar to a bass oboe, bassoon or tenor sax crook shape which will dramatically reduce the stretch.
