Hi Claire,
Everyone here already gave you great advice! All I have to add is that, having been on both sides of the audition process (both in front of AND behind the panel!), judges want to hear MUSIC above all, not necessarily fast, flashy pieces. Of course, they'll want to hear you play faster excerpts to listen to your technical skills, but orchestral playing isn't all about playing fast. The conductor will also want to hear your potential to "sing" the solos and your control in slower movements.
But most importantly, HAVE FUN at the audition!
