I'll second oboeobo, above. If you can't solve it with cigarette paper and blowing thru the key you could have dirt or gunk blocking the tiny octave vent.
If you don't know how to remove and clean the vent inserts, get thee to a repair person. Don't try to push anything through the tiny holes; you can't clean them that way and could easily damage them.
There's lotsa good stuff on this BBoard. Check in often.
