I do it all the time unconsciously, but when i am aware of it, i find myself doing all sorts of weird things to my posture among other things. Recently i have been forcing myself to not move at all + move fingers as little as possible and that seems to be positive. When i did my recital some time ago, i found myself closing my eyes very very often when i was in the "mode" musically. So...i don't know! Albrecht Mayer seems to do it a lot whilst Leleux or Nic Daniel would almost never do it.
