 Shaping and fibro-fog

I don't really want to advertise my new blog posts here anymore, but I thought the topic of dealing with chronic pain and fatigue as a musician might be good fuel for discussion.

Plus, my wife took really good pictures of shaping, so this could also prove beneficial here.
