Since you are in Germany I would take it to Ludwig Frank in Berlin.
I have seen him ream out tone holes on the spot for someone just trying one of his oboes. He seems like a vary patient man and he is really nice.
He would be the best choice to go see since he designed (along with Albrecht) the d'amore.
