... i agree, low C and Bb not playing all of a sudden sounds like the C key's spring is off its hook ... look at the spring just in front of the low C key, and the bottom spring on the rod just above the bell (the bell bridge is connected, yes?)
... nothing below G playing, sounds like the right side bridge between 1st & 2nd joint might not be aligned, OR another spring may be off its hook
... have you been cleaning and polishing your bee-yoo-ti-ful oboe recently?
That's often the way springs are sprung (if this is the problem)
so check out every single spring while you're at it
... i use a fine gauge crochet hook as a spring hook
... and, are you putting the oboe together or taking it apart with minimum pressure on the fittings? Grease the cork joints so they glide together easily
do let us know, most melancholy oboe of all is one that won't go!
