Alternative cheapo solution: put cigarette paper under octave/Bb/C/trill keys before putting top tube in the case. It will wick any errant condensation from the pad or hole. During intermissions, plug tenon of top tube with finger, close left hand key holes & put cigarette paper under aforementioned keys & blow while lifting each key in its turn starting with the ring finger key at bottom of tube. Work your way up to the second octave key (topmost key) on top tube. Then re-swab the top tube. This will at least ensure that you are starting out the session after intermission with a "dry" oboe.
Best,
john
